- Unfortunately, these types of offers dupe many people and are not real business opportunities.

Blogger Takes Advantage Of Zaken To Build Own Business
Getbetterhealth.org takes advantage of Zaken Home Business to build her own home business.
The owner of this site tried working with Zaken four years ago. As she says herself: “I returned the kit and got my refund.”
She has now started creating videos about The Zaken Corporation offering her ‘advice’ on working with Zaken to build her own email list to sell her own business opportunity.
She says herself in her videos that her experience with Zaken was not negative and she has had no dealings with the company since she got a refund on her original investment.
She runs a blog using the name ‘zaken’ in the URL and promotes her own business opportunities to her list.

Suspicious Websites And Videos Discredit Zaken Corporation To Gain More Customers

- This site intentionally discredits The Zaken Corporation in an attempt to bring more people to sign up to their home business opportunity.
- On the site it says that it is owned by “Jason Andrews”, however youtube videos under the user names of “RegenesisNow” and “DiscoverTruthReview” claiming to be by “Martin Wilson” and claim to the be the “owner” of this website. The ownership and purpose of the website is questionable.
The related Youtube videos are posted under two Youtube usernames and also in many locations on the Internet deliberately undermining Zaken to gain more customers for their own program.
- Neither “Jason Andrews” nor “Martin Wilson” state the they have ever tried working with The Zaken Corporation themselves or provide any proof of their information sources. They claim to have received complaints from Zaken customers, yet they have never made any effort to contact the Zaken Corporation to investigate or verify their sources.
Legitimate home business review sites shouldn't need to provide incentives for people to comment.
- Every page on this website promotes a home business opportunity that claims to be “Rock Solid”. Clicking for more information about this so-called ‘opportunity’, the name changes again to “Andrew Martin”.
- The related Youtube videos are posted under two Youtube usernames and also in many locations on the Internet deliberately undermining Zaken to gain more customers for their own program. One of their videos is even uploaded twice (exactly the same video) with a different title and under a different user name. That is a common Internet marketing tactic to try and gain more traffic for their video.
- One of the videos appears on another home based business review site discrediting Zaken and promoting their own business opportunity. On this site they encourage people to give reviews by offering “a BONUS GIFT worth $65”. Legitimate home business review sites don’t need to provide incentives for people to comment. There also doesn’t appear to be a verification process for the reviews.
Website Spreads False Rumors To Gain Customers

- This site claims that there is a class action lawsuit against The Zaken Corporation, however there never has been a class action lawsuit against The Zaken Corporation.
- This site claims that The Zaken Corporation has begun “working under the name of Quick Sell Liquidators”. This is another false rumor.
- This article encourages the reader to “Click Here” to view the unnamed author’s “best method” for making money at home.
- The article regularly repeats the keyword search term “The Zaken Corporation” throughout the article in italisized font, underlined, bold and also large heading font. This is a method used to ‘optimize’ a website’s page content to bring more Internet traffic.
- The site owner is only identified as “Steve” and can only be contacted via email.
Bloggers Slander Zaken To Gain More Customers
A number of online ‘business opportunity’ marketers are directing people searching for information about The Zaken Corporation to buy their own home business ‘opportunities’ by openly spreading negative, exaggerated and false messages about The Zaken Corporation.
Whether online or offline, The Zaken Corporation believes this is a bad business practice and advises readers to verify the sources of information that they find on the Internet, especially on forums or blogs that are not run by a business that you can be confident is operational and experienced in the relevant industry.
The Zaken Corporation also cautions readers to verify the type of home business opportunity they are considering, especially if it is an Internet business with no office and little to no contact information.
The Zaken Corporation is a legitimate business and offers genuine home business opportunities. Some of the ‘opportunities’ for sale on websites discrediting Zaken claim that you will be able to simply “sit back and watch money pour into your account”. They are not real business opportunities.
Running a legitimate business, especially a work at home business, requires effort and determination. Noone should expect money to “pour in” overnight without doing any work. It’s just not realistic

What Were Their Conclusions After The Investigation Of The Zaken Corporation?
Rip-off Report feels that The Zaken Corp., is a legitimate operation and in some cases, has been a victim of circumstances. Zaken Corp admitted they needed improvements and new policies with respect to refunds and customer service. They are now in place.
Rip-off Report cannot vouch for the Zaken Program itself, as we do not have any first-hand knowledge or experience of the program, but, we do know, they have made a commitment to satisfy all customers past and present. Our investigation reveals they do have a large customer base of satisfied clients/associates and they do buy, sell and warehouse tens of thousands dollars worth of closeouts with their associates each month, .. someone out there is making money with their program.

Who Investigated The Zaken Corporation?
Ripoff Report is a consumer advocacy organization run by the Bad Business Bureau. It has been in operation since 1999.
Why Did They Investigate The Zaken Corporation?
After reading complaints about Zaken on Rip-off Report, Tiran Zaken, President and CEO of The Zaken Corporation, contacted them to resolve the customer complaints.
How Did They Investigate The Zaken Corporation?
Rip-off Report spent a number of months investigating The Zaken Corporation and its business practices and the complaints that had been made by past customers.
What Did They Find In Their Investigation of The Zaken Corporation?
The findings of the investigation were:
- A former ex-employee instigated many of the online complaints
- This ex-employee was running the New York east coast office and was fired by the Company for doing business against The Zaken Corp. and its’ associates, ripping off both the Zaken Associates and the Zaken Corp. Also, this individual was purposely mistreating Zaken Corp. customers in an effort to create problems for them.
- After his termination he threatened to start a “Competing” business and started spreading many lies on the internet about Zaken Corp.
- Zaken has also recently fired 4 employees who The Zaken Corp. felt were not providing it’s customers with top customer service
- Zaken reports he has fired the Office Manager of the New York location/office so that this former employee’s unethical practices in business are no longer a part of the way they do business now.
Rip-off Report also obtained a list of other customers who had previously complained. They obtained the list through existing employees, confidential sources, and contacted them. Here is a representative sampling of the results representative of those calls:
- Of those who had complained, the most representative response was like this respondent “We were frustrated and that is why we filed a report, but since our recent contact with Zaken Corporation, we have a refund, but we are so pleased about the response to the situation that we are thinking of investing in the business again.”
- We did have a couple respondents like this one “I have not received anything back yet, but they’re being real nice about it.”
- Two individuals were nasty; one said to take a (Censored) hike!
- There were a couple complainants who were unaware of the remediation effort by Zaken, but assured us that they would make contact in the near future.
